CX Erudite Tech, Inc. (“CXE,” “we,” “our” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, www.cxe.ph (the “Site”), including the CXE Assistant chat feature, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We handle personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
1. Information we collect
A. Information you give us
- Inquiry form: When you click “Submit an inquiry,” you are taken to a Google Form. The details you enter (such as your name, email address, company and message) are collected through Google Forms and received by CXE.
- Email: If you write to info@cxe.ph, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- CXE Assistant lead form: If you choose to leave your details in the chat, they are placed in a draft email addressed to info@cxe.ph, opened in your own email app. Nothing is sent to us unless you send that email.
B. About the CXE Assistant
The chat panel is also excluded from our analytics session recordings (see Section 2), so what you type there is not recorded.
C. Information collected automatically
- Device and browser details, such as browser type, operating system, screen size, language and approximate location (country or city level) derived from your IP address.
- Usage data, such as pages and sections viewed, clicks, scrolling, time on page, referring website and navigation patterns.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider, which may include IP address, date and time of access and pages requested.
2. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We keep our use of them minimal. The Site does not use advertising or marketing cookies.

Data collected by Clarity is processed by Microsoft on our behalf under Microsoft’s privacy statement. We use it in aggregate to understand and improve the Site and do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Managing cookies
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking Clarity’s cookies will not affect how the Site works.
- You can also use a browser privacy extension or your browser’s tracking-protection features to stop analytics scripts from loading.

3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request.
- To follow up on business conversations and manage our relationship with your organization.
- To understand how the Site is used and to improve its content, navigation and performance.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We process your information on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit an inquiry), our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Site, and legal obligations where they apply.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Site and handle inquiries: our web hosting provider, Google (Forms, Workspace email and Fonts) and Microsoft (Clarity analytics). These providers may process data on servers outside the Philippines.
- Authorities and advisers where required by law, legal process or to protect the rights, safety and property of CXE and others.
5. Retention
- Inquiries and emails: kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the business relationship, or as required by law, and then securely deleted or archived.
- Analytics data: kept for the period set in our Clarity account, after which it is deleted automatically.
- CXE Assistant conversations: not stored by us.
6. Security
We use reasonable organizational, physical and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse, including HTTPS encryption for traffic to the Site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is processed;
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- object to processing, or withdraw your consent;
- correct inaccurate or outdated data;
- request the erasure or blocking of your data where there is no longer a lawful reason to keep it;
- data portability, where applicable;
- claim compensation for damages caused by inaccurate, incomplete or unlawfully obtained data; and
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

8. Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
